10/10 recommend! Visits to the dentist are usually just “meh” for me, but this was a completely different experience. For the first time, I actually felt cared for, and everything was explained thoroughly.

They walked me through each step of the process, took the time to address all my concerns, and clearly showed me where the issues were and what we could do to fix them. They also broke down the costs upfront, which I really appreciated, especially in this economy.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, not overwhelming at all, which made a huge difference since I have anxiety. Overall, an amazing experience!

I really enjoy coming here! After moving from my family dentist of 20 years, I’ve been searching for a dentist office that’s efficient, knowledgeable, and honors the preservation of teeth! I’ve been told my teeth need drilling, and fillings for exuberant amount of money. When I came here Dr Kramer and his team handled my fear of that with total care, and even aided in rebuilding my teeth by their own accord. Also worth mentioning they are so quick! YAY!

I recently relocated to Daniel Island and chose River Landing Dentistry. I have never experienced such an outstanding practice! Dr. Thomas and his hygienist spent lots of time and effort on me, explaining in detail what they were doing and making me comfortable. I highly recommend them.

The care of the dentists and technicians was exceptional. The practice dealt with an emergency very efficiently and was so personable. Thanks to the entire team.

Caring and attentive staff — from reception, to hygienist, to dentist. No upselling- just good diagnostic work and thorough preventative care. Everyone explained processes without condescension and were present and attentive to me as a patient and human being. I did not feel like a “customer” to be sold a treatment, rather a human who’s care and comfort was paramount. I highly recommend this practice and its practitioners.

I had an excellent experience here when I needed semi-urgent care. Everyone was very friendly and skilled. They especially did a great job working together with me to develop a care plan that accommodated some unique circumstances. I will absolutely become a regular patient moving forward!

Everyone was very kind and helpful to me and my family. They were very patient with my reluctant daughter and did a work around to make her feel comfortable. We've found our new home with this Dentist office.
